Public Transport
There is a regular bus service
to the Hibiscus Coast from Central Auckland and also a
a ferry service, Auckland to Gulf Harbour Wednesday - Sunday provided by
360 Discovery.
An option to get from Gulf Harbour to Railway is Grandad's Shuttles Ph (09) 424 5475
Mob (027) 497 7715. Approx cost for shuttle $50 for a van load.

Ask the Driver
to let you off at stop just before Railway. The return
service stops directly opposite Railway Entrance. There are additional
services which go via Viponds Rd which would require quite a long

The Buses depart from Wellesley St West (Stop C5) then turns down Albert
Street, heads for Harbour Bridge then via Takapuna, Albany and Silverdale.
The MAXX website for some strange reason doesn't include the bus service,

from Stanmore Bay to Airport, MAXX sent me
the long way bus to Auckland,
Train to Papatoetoe, another bus close to
airport and a long walk.
